    Every professional needs to have a basic grasp of AI and its significance in the workplace (and society at large). I recommend two very basic steps:1. watch free YouTube videos to whet your appetite. The National Science Foundation, TedX, and many more have intros. Capture the concepts, basic language, and difference between types of AI.2. Use it. ChatGPT doesn't require advanced knowledge and (as of this writing) it's free. Play with it. You won't be adept at it, but you cannot break it. Then watch a video on "prompt engineering" and you'll begin to use it more effectively.You won't understand all AI after this, not by a long shot. But you can hold a basic conversation and it will be like dipping your toe in the ocean.
