ChatGPT doesn't require advanced knowledge and (as of this writing) it's free. Play with it. You won't be adept at it, but you cannot break it. Then watch a video on "prompt engineering" and you'll begin to use it more effectively.You won't understand all AI after this, not by a long shot. But you can hold a basic conversation and it will be like dipping your toe in the ocean.
