@gaybrownie @googlefiber I switched to @MyCCITweets fiber 2 years ago and I will never go back. My internet has gone down once for more than 5 minutes in that time. Got a tech on the phone immediately and they fixed it. With Concast, I would be down for days at a time every 3-4 months.

Well, @MyCCITweets apparently has a tri-state outage in ME, NH, and VT. The customer service rep was wonderful and also deserves better support from the company she works for. It seems that customers aren't the only ones with whom the company fails to communicate.

Our internet has been out for days now and unlike the splendor that is Green Mtn Power, Consolidated Communications is as deeply terrible as Fairpoint used to be. Time to look into other options. Even contact the state as they promised a certain level of customer service to VTers

I got short the broadband co Consolidated Communications $CNSL. Half the debt is variable rate and they already had steady losses. People are ignoring depreciation but if anything that understates the expense considering revenue is trending down while capex is trending up.
